General Terms

Welcome to Gela. This Terms of Service is an agreement between you and Warmlink Technology LLC, and it governs your use of the Gela application and related services.

By accessing, installing, or using Gela, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue use of the app immediately.

Gela is operated by Warmlink Technology LLC. For any questions or concerns regarding this Agreement or our services, feel free to reach out to us at service@gela.live. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational needs. The most current version will always be available within the app, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Please note: Gela is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you do not meet this requirement, you are not permitted to register for or use the app. If we become aware that an account is associated with a user under the minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

Account & Usage

To access certain features of Gela, you will need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, and to keep your information up to date. Impersonation or the use of false information may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.

Gela may allow you to register using third-party services (such as social media accounts). If you choose to sign up via a third-party platform, we will collect the necessary authentication information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that any data collected by the third-party service is governed by their own privacy practices.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at service@gela.live.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or potential unauthorized use. Accounts found to be in breach of this Agreement or applicable laws may be restricted without prior notice.

If you wish to stop using Gela, you may request to delete your account by contacting us at service@gela.live. After verifying your identity, we will assist you with the account deletion process. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and your associated data will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

Description of Services

Gela is a mobile application designed to offer users a dynamic space for content sharing and interactive experiences. Through the app, you may access content provided by the platform or other users, engage in community features such as comments, likes, and direct messaging, and explore other features we may introduce as the service evolves. Available features may vary based on region and compliance requirements.

To support a reliable and globally accessible experience, we may store data across multiple countries or regions. By using the service, you understand and agree that your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of your local jurisdiction. We implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws to ensure the security of your personal information.

As part of the user experience, you may encounter sponsored content or advertisements within the app. These may be tailored based on your interests, activity, or other contextual signals. We do not use personally identifiable information for ad targeting without your consent, and our use of data is governed by our [Privacy Policy].

User Conduct and Community Guidelines

At Gela, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all users. When using the app, we ask that you act responsibly and treat others with respect.

You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior while using the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, infringement of intellectual property, distribution of false or misleading content, sharing malware or spam, promoting hate speech, harassment, or any other actions that disrupt the experience for others.

To maintain platform integrity, Gela uses a combination of automated systems and human moderation to identify and manage violations. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may take actions such as hiding content, disabling features, or suspending accounts. In serious cases, we may also cooperate with legal authorities where applicable.

We also encourage our users to help us maintain a healthy community. If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates our guidelines, you can report it using the built-in tools within the app. While we review all reports in good faith, we do not guarantee a specific response or outcome.

Please note that while we strive to moderate content effectively, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from objectionable material. By using Gela, you acknowledge this and agree to help us maintain a positive, inclusive environment for everyone.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

Gela encourages users to express themselves and share content in a creative and respectful way. We aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for user-generated content (UGC) that complies with local laws and our community guidelines.

When using the Service, you may post, upload, or share media, text, audio, video, comments, interactive features, or other digital materials—collectively referred to as “User-Generated Content” or “UGC.” You are solely responsible for any UGC you submit, and you must ensure that your content is lawful, accurate, original, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

By submitting UGC to the platform, you grant Warmlink Technology LLC and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and share such content for purposes including but not limited to product operation, promotion, feature recommendation, and legal compliance. This license may continue in a limited form even after you delete your account, particularly for content that has already been shared or used.

We maintain ongoing moderation of UGC using a combination of automated tools and manual review. If content is found to violate laws or our policies, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including removing the content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or reporting to relevant authorities. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such actions.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to handling your personal data in a lawful, transparent, and responsible manner.

While using Gela, we may collect certain information related to your usage and device, such as identifiers, behavioral data, location data, communication logs, or other necessary information. This data helps us deliver core functionality, improve user experience, enhance security, and comply with legal obligations.

In some cases, we may share limited data with verified third-party service providers who support key features such as payment processing, analytics, content delivery, and personalized recommendations. We do not sell, lease, or use your personally identifiable information for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

If you sign in through a third-party account (e.g., social login) or access services provided by external platforms, those parties may collect and process your data under their own privacy policies. Protection of Minors

We are committed to protecting the rights and safety of minors. Gela is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

If the law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age to use such services independently, that local requirement takes precedence. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the misrepresentation of age by users.

If we discover that an account has been created by or is being used by someone under the minimum age, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service. In some cases, we may contact a parent or legal guardian, or take other reasonable actions.

Certain features of the app may involve payments or financial transactions. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the use of digital devices and monitor in-app purchases and content access when a minor may have access.

Special Clauses

A. Age Eligibility

Gela is intended only for users aged 18 or older. Registration and usage by individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited.

In jurisdictions where the legal age of digital consent is higher than 18, the local age requirement shall apply.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this age policy.

B. Account Deletion Policy

Users may request account deletion by contacting us at service@gela.live.

Upon verifying your identity, we will process your request. Please note:

• Once deleted, your account cannot be restored;

• All associated data and content will be permanently removed or anonymized;

• This action is irreversible — please proceed with caution.

C. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Gela offers optional virtual products, which may include:

• Virtual items (e.g., effects, customizations)

• Virtual gifts (used to send to other users)

• Tokens or credits (used to access app features)

Please be aware:

• These items are for use only within Gela and have no cash value;

• All purchases are final and non-refundable;

• Virtual items cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or traded;

• We reserve the right to modify pricing or item availability at any time.

D. UGC Guidelines and Licensing

Content you create and share on Gela — including media, text, audio, or comments — is considered user-generated content (UGC).

By submitting UGC, you agree that:

• You grant Gela and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license;

• Your content may be used for display, promotion, editing, or redistribution within or outside the app;

• We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or report any UGC that violates laws or our platform rules.

E. Refund Policy

Virtual items purchased on Gela — such as tokens or gifts — are classified as instant-use digital content.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable;

• If a technical issue or unintentional charge occurs, please contact us at service@gela.live — we will investigate and assist where appropriate;

• For any eligible refund, you may be asked to provide a valid payment receipt or additional details.

Payment & Transactions (For IAP-enabled version only)

Some features and virtual items on Gela are available as paid content. We support a range of mainstream payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and in-app purchases via platforms such as the App Store or Google Play. Available payment methods may vary depending on your region and device.

Transactions are processed at the time of your confirmation. The currency used will typically reflect your account or device settings. Please note that exchange rates, international fees, or transaction charges from your payment provider may apply. We encourage you to check with your provider in advance.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are valid, accurate, and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. In cases of failed payments, chargebacks, fraud, or other irregularities, we may suspend access to your account or certain features until the matter is resolved.

All purchases must be made either by you or by someone explicitly authorized by you. If you believe an unauthorized payment has occurred, please contact us promptly at service@gela.live, and we will assist in addressing the issue.

Note: All virtual item purchases are considered consumed upon purchase and are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or other legally required exceptions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and technologies provided within the Gela platform — including but not limited to user interface designs, software code, visual elements, audio, text, animations, trademarks, and logos — are the intellectual property of Warmlink Technology LLC or its affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Gela platform for commercial purposes or derivative works without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use will be considered a violation, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

Your use of the Service is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and lawful use only.

If you submit or publish any content through the platform, you must hold the rights to such content and agree to allow us to display or use it within Gela for operational or promotional purposes.

 

Suspension and Termination of Service

You may choose to stop using Gela at any time. To terminate your account, you can use the in-app deletion feature or contact us directly at service@gela.live.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws;

• Actions that pose security risks, disrupt other users, or interfere with service integrity;

• Compliance with regulatory requirements, legal obligations, or major operational changes;

• Engagement in fraud, account abuse, fake transactions, or other serious violations.

If your access is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your account and associated content. We reserve the right to retain, delete, or anonymize data based on the situation and legal requirements.

Disclaimer

The Gela platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, reliability, security, or availability of the Service or any specific features.

While we strive to maintain a stable and secure experience, access to Gela may be interrupted or limited due to factors such as network issues, maintenance, force majeure, or other technical constraints. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such disruptions.

Gela supports user-generated content (UGC) and allows users to create and share their own material. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or completeness of any UGC shared on the platform. Users are solely responsible for their posted content and any resulting legal implications.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates our policies or applicable laws without prior notice, but we are not liable for any damages arising from delays in detection or enforcement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S. law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any dispute arises between you and Warmlink Technology LLC in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through friendly negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of us, or referred to a legally recognized arbitration body in accordance with applicable law. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive your right to participate in any class action or jury trial in relation to any dispute with us.
