Gela is a global live-social platform built around creativity, connection, and shared moments. Whether you are a creator, a viewer, or part of our team, we share one common mission: to make online spaces safe, respectful, and free from harm—especially for minors.
We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualized behavior (CSAE – Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation). Any action or content involving minors that violates this principle will be removed immediately and, when necessary, reported to law-enforcement authorities.
Who We Protect
We protect every individual under 18 years old, whether they appear in content or have their identity misused.
• Gela is for adults only (18 +).
• No person may register by falsifying their age or impersonating a minor.
• Uploading, broadcasting, or distributing any media that includes minors is strictly forbidden.
• Commercialized, entertainment-based, or sexualized portrayals of minors are entirely banned.
What We Do Not Allow
Gela strictly prohibits any exploitative, violent, or inappropriate behavior or content, including but not limited to:
Sexual Exploitation and Sexualization
• Creating, sharing, or possessing materials that depict or imply sexual acts involving minors.
• Using “artistic expression,” “humor,” or “performance” as excuses for sexualized depictions.
• Displaying nudity, provocative gestures, or suggestive attire associated with minors.
• Employing AI, avatars, or deep-fake technologies to generate underage imagery.
Psychological or Behavioral Harm
• Threatening, manipulating, deceiving, or coercing minors.
• Encouraging minors to engage in risky, illegal, or explicit challenges.
• Offering money, virtual gifts, or in-app rewards to lure minors into inappropriate interactions.
Identity Misuse
• Impersonating a minor in chats or live rooms.
• Using photos or information of real children to create accounts.
• Fabricating “parental consent” or “guardian approval” to conceal misconduct.
How We Protect the Platform
Gela combines technology and human expertise to maintain a secure ecosystem through four continuous stages: Detection → Intervention → Review → Enforcement
AI Detection – Automated systems monitor videos, audio, and text to flag CSAE indicators in real time. Instant Intervention – Risky live streams or chats are immediately paused or frozen. Human Review – Our Safety Team reviews flagged content for context and accuracy. Permanent Enforcement – Confirmed violations lead to account and device bans, with evidence submitted to regulators.
Regular audits and algorithm training ensure our systems evolve with emerging safety risks.
How You Can Help
Every user plays a vital role in building a safer community.
1 If you notice content or behavior involving minors, tap “Report” and select “Child Safety” or “Possible Exploitation.”
2 Upload supporting materials—screenshots, clips, or descriptions—to assist our review.
3 Or email report@gela.app directly; our Safety Team responds within 24 hours.
All confirmed CSAE incidents are escalated to:
• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or
• local law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.
Consequences and Enforcement
• Offending accounts are immediately terminated, and all related content is permanently removed.
• Serious cases trigger device bans and cooperation with law enforcement.
• Individuals with prior child-related convictions are permanently prohibited from accessing Gela.
• Gela reserves the right to restrict access, freeze assets, or deny service when user behavior poses a safety threat.
